Take the lead in reviewing forecasts, sales budgets and ensure all are appropriate and accurate and work with teams to generate leads and have all risks/opportunities reflected in CRM for Region VP/GM to review/manage against.
Work with markets/divisions and New Business Development on creating a consistent client pitch for the Division nationally region that reflects the groups capabilities and scope nationally.
Provide to the VP/GM weekly perspective on the state of the business and recommendations on how to maximize revenue potential.
Work with Company's M marketing to develop a clear, concise document around marketing capabilities that the Company Division team can use to sell these services to clients/customers.
Work with the divisions and Finance on annual Planning/Budgeting and ensure guidance provided by Region VP/GM and Finance are included in the planning.
Go into the markets and Support the Region VP/GM in evaluating talent with market leads to ensure superior/consistent capabilities are in place.
