  • Provide leadership, establish priorities, apply resources and execute strategy for marketing, outside sales, inside sales, customer experience, and estimating
  • Manage AD Systems Direct Sales Resources in collaboration with RSO Management to insure coverage and execution for major projects, major end users and existing Key Accounts by local field sales personnel
  • Manage the inside sales administration processes for inside sales, customer experience and estimating to insure proper flow and speedy execution in a collaborative and supporting fashion. Meet customer expectations in response time and execution.
  • Optimization of sales processes utilizing data for leading the performance and people to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI s), and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage sales opportunities by utilizing data metrics and communicating execution levels to the AD GM and Allegion Sales Leadership.
  • Provide data driven forecast to VP of Sales Integration, RVP s and the Demand Planning team on a monthly basis.

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required
  • Five years of management experience in customer service, marketing or related experience preferably in the glazing, fire-rated product, framing system or commercial construction industries.
  • Knowledge of the products and technology associated with glass, fire-rated glazing, framing systems and commercial construction industries.
  • Knowledge of the principals and practice of sales, marketing, promotion and associated reports and plans.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously for self and other team members.
  • Ability to solve a variety of sales and customer service related problems, develop methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes and assist others in solving work problems and improving work processes.
  • Ability to research and identify market trends and develop effective goals, strategies, plans and business processes.
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule the work of team members for the efficient and accurate performance of a variety of sales, customer service, engineering and promotion methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skill in providing superior customer service, generating sales and preparing bids, quotes and proposals.
  • Skill in using computer application software used in generating quotes, bids, proposals and orders.
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Skill in designing and making professional presentations to large groups and one-on-one.
  • Skill in supervising, evaluating, and coordinate the work of others.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Strong team orientation, attention to detail, flexibility and initiative.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
