Role Summary The Region CPO Manager is responsible for driving Total Audi Pre-Owned (TAPO) business to achieve CPO and pre-owned region sales objectives, profitability and dealer participation objectives. The CPO Manager will ensure both Audi and dealers are prepared for and effectively execute remarketing activities for vehicles coming off-lease or trade-in. The CPO Manager also is responsible for developing training for Audi staff team, local Audi field teams, and Audi dealership personnel. Role Responsibilities TAPO and CPO performance: Ensure sales performance and attainment of TAPO and CPOV objectives. Develop and implement action plans with Area Sales Managers to engage region dealers in Audi Pre-owned sales programs. Monitor CPO and commercial sales performance of area teams; recommend actions to ensure program effectiveness. Manage and implement CPO and commercial sales marketing and co-op programs; monitor advertising best practices. Monitor dealer CPO and PreOwned department profitability and consult/develop actions plans to support improved profitability targets. Collect feedback from Area field teams and dealers for program optimization Re-Marketing: Track regional off-lease portfolio and proactively manage portfolio through dealer purchase programs and auctions. Collect feedback from dealers and Area field teams on CPO & remarketing tools, programs and market needs for National CPO team program & strategy development. Monitor dealer remarketing performance and work with Area teams to ensure dealers effectively interact with customers, use available tools and meet purchase objectives (Audi Certified Excellence program). Track regional costs for reconditioning and implement improvement processes Raise dealer awareness of, and coordinate dealer participation in, regional Audi vehicle auctions. Collaboration/Communication: Collaborate with Region Network Development Manager and Area After Sales Managers to ensure CPO after sales and facility requirements are achieved. Assist with the development and implementation of Region New and CPO sales programs and incentives with CPO team in headquarters. Manage selection, participation and communication of Region Pre-owned Committee Members. Provide Region management team with monthly updates on progress towards goals and other key performance indicators. Create monthly communication presentations to launch pre-owned programs within region. Experience 10+ years of experience - Diversified professional experience in the automotive industry, including new and used vehicle sales and marketing program development, financial analysis, dealer communications, management presentations, and extensive dealer/field contact Education Bachelor's Degree General Skills Integration - joining people, processes, or systems Influencing & negotiation skills Resource managementSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
