Job Duties: Suggests appropriate inventory levels for branch stock and ensures that control procedures are followed to maintain accurate balances Responsible for maintaining proper staff to support Branch objectives. Reviews daily, weekly and monthly operating reports to ensure consistent performance and to take corrective actions as required. Charges with adherence to monthly budgets and is responsible for addressing variances and root cause issues. Supports Sales Management and assists with achievement of monthly goals by directing staff and monitoring all activities. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations and employees; enforces ethical business practices. Prepares and presents monthly branch activities report to Management Committee Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and appraising employees. Job requirements: Bachelor of Science - Business or equivalent experience Minimum 8 -10 year's experience in sales and distribution environment Reporting Relationships: Reports to Operations Manager Direct Reports - Inside Sales Personnel, Counter Personnel, Warehouse Attendants , Drivers
