Job Description The GAM role is responsible for driving sales growth and the associated initiatives within the assigned global construction customers (CAT, Komatsu, Terex). This includes managing a global sales funnel with the coordination and development of co-ownership of the local business units in the driving of the identified growth sales opportunities to sales revenue. Success will be measured by the increase in both our sales revenue and global market share within the assigned customers. This role will be supported by a Global Customer Success Manager with responsibility to create an improved customer experience through the achievement of customer KPIs. Responsibilities Develop a strategic sales growth and business strategy that includes a dynamic sales funnel driving sales revenue. Coordinate with stakeholders and the local sales units to ensure alignment and consistent delivery and execution. Gain a firm grasp of assigned customers, their markets, and their customers allowing for the proper positioning of products and services along with the correct focus of energy and resources. Negotiate contractual agreements. Work with the product teams to develop strategies that align with the customer and their served markets. Implement and drive the new product strategies and product launches targeting customer growth segments and products. Ensure we meet or exceed established and expected customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Alignment and effective team work with CSM to ensure there is singleness of purpose and execution. Requirements : Bachelor?s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering. Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in direct sales, marketing, product management, and/or engineering with a preference of three (3) to five (5) years in a leadership or elevated sales or engineering responsibility. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the Company, strong written and verbal communication skills, foresight, objectivity, imagination and high analytical abilities are required.
