Reporting to the VP of Sales the BDR Manager will help build and lead a team of BDRs tasked with supporting our growing field sales team with qualified leads. The BDR Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and coaching new BDRs as well as the attainment of all goals and metrics.Additionally, the BRD Manager will work closely with the CRO and VP of Sales on strategy, positioning, and messaging that will elevate the sales team.
