Who You Are:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A problem solver, calm and unemotional under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • You Also Have:
  • 3 to 5 years Retail Management experience. Bridal experience an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, generating respect from customers and team alike
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Has, or can develop a strong product knowledge of the assortment
  • Understands fabric and construction and what can/cannot be achieved through the alteration process
  • Flexible to work any/all business hours to support the needs of the business
  • As The Assistant Sales Manager, You Will:
  • Accountable to achieve sales plan
  • Assists in leading and managing a group of consultants and instills a culture of exceptional customer service, showing calm and confidence at all times
  • Implements and maintains all required standards
  • Personally assists clients as required and proactively solves any potential customer issues
  • Manages the schedules to reflect the needs of the business
  • Creates and oversees an active Intern program
