  • Lead a team of sales reps covering states within New England (MA, CT, VT, RI, ME & NH)
  • Oversee and service large OEM accounts.
  • Generate new business with new or existing customers.
  • Implement sales strategies focusing on OEMs to facilitate efficient regional management and sales growth.
  • Define customer needs and requirements and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with large clients.
  • Use salesforce to manage and grow the territory.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts.
  • The preferred candidate will have:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering preferred but not essential.
  • 6-8 years sales experience within the Seals and Gaskets industry.
  • Technical Sales skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million S revenue
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
