Responsibilities: Lead a team of sales reps covering states within New England (MA, CT, VT, RI, ME & NH) Oversee and service large OEM accounts. Generate new business with new or existing customers. Implement sales strategies focusing on OEMs to facilitate efficient regional management and sales growth. Define customer needs and requirements and provide timely and effective solutions. Negotiate and close deals with large clients. Use salesforce to manage and grow the territory. Prepare periodic sales forecasts.
The preferred candidate will have: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering preferred but not essential. 6-8 years sales experience within the Seals and Gaskets industry. Technical Sales skills preferred. Strong organizational skills. Proven track record of achieving multi-million S revenue Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
