Job Description Position Summary The employee will provide technical support and customer service to Mithril non-technical staff and Mithril clients. This involves approximately 50% remote & telephone support. The remaining 50% will be split between dispatches for on-site work at client locations and providing hands on technology services for equipment in the Mithril operations center. This individual is expected to be familiar with a wide variety of business environments, including specific experience supporting medical practices, and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems that include a combination of hardware, desktop, network, and end user elements. They must be able to determine when an issue needs to be escalated or handled as a priority case. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Providing remote and onsite user/systems support & administration for Mithril and Mithril Clients Engineering solutions and participating in technology projects for Mithril and Mithril Clients Maintaining comprehensive documentation on all activities in Mithril designated systems Ensuring proper documentation regarding all client encounters and support calls Participating in on-call, late-shift, and night-shift rotations as needed Dispatching to client locations for onsite support Creating internal and client-facing documentation Following up with issues to guarantee an excellent client experience Taking on special projects as needed Providing a daily status report with observations to help manage relationships Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Medical practice support experience (understanding of basic process, regardless of application) Self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute to a high energy team Excellent communication & time management skills; demonstrated attention to detail Capability to represent the company on client sites, at trade shows, and events 2-3 years hands-on Support & Administration experience withMicrosoft Windows and Office based work environmentsWindow 7/10 Office 2003 2016, Office365
Microsoft and Cisco networking basics includingwired/wireless connectivity configuration, connectivity troubleshooting switching, routing, firewall, and name resolution
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft SharePoint Basic Administration and Customization Internal & Public DNS registration and management Apple and Android mobile devices Malware cleanup and associated tools Batch Files and Windows command line MS Project and MS Visio
