Summary:

Developnew opportunities and grow existing customer business in N.A. with regionalmulti-shop consolidator and large body shop accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management develop and implement an account management plan utilizing PPG resources (products, value services), emphasizing continuous improvement, business relations and value as key ingredients.
  • New Business Development identify, pursue, negotiate, develop, and implement plan with new accounts
  • Field Sales Development/Support coach sales staff to secure potential strong regional strategic accounts
  • Competitive Awareness understand competitors, their offerings (products & services), and develop counter measures
  • Industry Awareness maintain account target list with profiles, identify industry trends, and develop initiatives to meet needs such trends may demand (e- commerce, insurance companies, supply direct)
  • Qualifications

    Experience Requirements:
  • Business degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years sales, automotive sales, or related experience
  • Functional & TechnicalSkills:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)
  • Refinish Value Added Services Knowledge/certification (TPS, MVP, CertifiedFirst, LYNX Select)
  • Green Belt Certification or equivalent
  • Business Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet)
