TIC Services Sales Expert sought to drive revenue in new customer sales! Must have existing client Rolodex in Retail industry! Qualified Sales Hunters/President's Club Members/Quota Overachievers are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration!

This new role being added to the team who will focus on TIC Services Sales for the Retail Industry (Apparel,Textiles, Shoes).

Candidates must be based in the Northeastern US with a history of successfully selling TIC services within this geography.


Act as direct point of contact for Retail Business Stream customers and potential customers in Northeastern US. Identify, qualify, and SUCCESSFULLY close sales opportunities for TUVs Retail services team; increase sales by building successful relationships with customers and partnering effectively with teams (internal and external client) to achieve revenue goals!

  • Plan overall sales strategy in Northeastern US sales territory and service portfolio for Retail clients to maximize effectiveness and produce sales results.
  • Introduce and sell TUV services to both existing and new account prospects (cold callers sought!). Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts (at minimum) meet or exceed product line or territory expectations. Must be capable solutions selling sales representative who is able to articulate value proposition and map services to client pain points.
  • Organize and schedule client sales meetings, identify all opportunities to sell TUV service, process business
  • quotations and proposals. Follow-up with client to capture business. Drive and close deals!
  • Prepare accurate and thorough RFPs, client quotas, contracts and sales activity reports and expense reports.
  • Provide TUV management with customer feedback and market trends, industry changes, competitive information.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with customers and all internal & external team members.
  • Participate in marketing and sales programs and events.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as necessary/required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of sales proficiency.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, active listening, negotiation and persuasion) and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to identify win-win scenarios in each interaction.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary/required. Valid drivers license and valid passport required.

  • Education
  • Bachelors Degree plus directly-related services, TIC and retail business stream/client focused experience.

  • Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of consistently strong sales numbers in a service-based industry.
  • Computer literacy required including Microsoft Office applications.
